There are times when anxiety gets the better of me. It makes me feel useless and it sucks. Things get so bad that my self-esteem hits rock bottom.
You are not going to master your life in one day. Just relax.
Master the day, then just keep doing that everyday.
Our anxiety does not come from THINKING about the future but from WANTING to control it.
‘Anxiety’, such a popular word isn’t it? I’m sure most of you are familiar with anxiety related symptoms because according to guardian; – “Up to a third of the population will suffer from an anxiety disorder or panic attacks at some point in their life”.
My physiotherapist and swimming instructor mentioned that my body is stiff. I must relax and loosen up a bit. Now, I do tell my brain to relax but the communication doesn’t seem to be flowing well between my brain and body. Result –> my muscles are still tensed.
